At SwiftShift, nurses and home care aides are organized in independent regional care teams. Using this model, we are committed to caring for our team to ensure they are able to take care of our clients. The nurses and aides that work with us take full responsibility for managing their client care. Our care teams love freedom, but they respect and value the ownership that comes with it. While this is not the traditional home care agency, we take pride in how we treat our nurses and home health aides and we do so in order to provide the best possible care to our clients.
